Programme enquiries
Mentoring and incoming programmes are agreed directly with Marco through FAIR. Prices shown are proposals, not an active online checkout. Availability, scope and any applicable conditions must be confirmed before booking.
Participant materials
Course materials are intended for participants in activities run by FAIR or its members, using the password supplied by their organiser.
Before launch
Final terms require FAIR’s approval. Payment, cancellation, refund and attendance conditions must be defined before online sales or bookings are enabled.
Legal framework
These terms are governed by Italian law and applicable European Union law, including Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code) and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights where the participant acts as a consumer, and Legislative Decree 70/2003 on electronic commerce. Personal data are processed under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Italian Personal Data Protection Code. Mandatory consumer protections are not affected.
